“Burrasca is the high-spirited love child of native Florentine Paolo Calamai and his Detroit-bred wife and longtime Florence resident, Elizabeth Petrosian. Born as a food cart in August 2013 in Southeast Portland, now, two years later, it has grown up into a proper little restaurant.

In creating an all-Tuscan menu and wine list, our aim is to not only honor tradition and Paolo's roots but to offer a total regional gastronomic immersion experience. We're passionate about showcasing the incredibly rich breadth and diversity of this spectacular chunk of Italy.”
