Buyers are expecting a deal after seeing the market crash, but with low inventory, rising prices and multiple offer situations, those “deals” are rarely present.


All cash buyers (sometimes investors) are making it difficult for first time buyers, but all cash buyers are more attractive and stand out significantly


In multiple offer situations, the cleaner the offer, the better- some buyers are waiving the inspection clause… not recommended.


Bottom line: if you can think fast and put in a clean, all cash offer, your chances of securing a home are vastly improved.
